What you get
Programming Designed by a Medical Professional
I’m not a personal trainer who watched a YouTube certification. I’m a Physician Assistant specializing in Pain & Spine. Every program I build is rooted in biomechanics, joint health, and injury prevention — because getting strong means nothing if your back gives out at 45.
Built for Home. Built for 30 Minutes.
77% of the men I coach train from home. One kettlebell, a pull-up bar, and 30 minutes is enough. No commute to the gym. No hour-long sessions. Programming that fits into whatever window you have — early morning, lunch break, or late evening.
Structure You Can Follow Without Thinking
The #1 reason people apply to work with me: they’re tired of guessing. You get a clear daily plan, weekly check-ins, and the kind of direction that means you never open your phone wondering “what should I do today?” again.
Coaching That Understands Real Life
I’m a working professional, a father, and a guy who trains from home. I know what it’s like to balance a demanding career, personal responsibilities, and a body that doesn’t move like it used to. This isn’t coaching from someone who lives in a gym. It’s coaching from someone who lives a full life and builds programs around that reality.
Train Smarter &
Move Better.
I’m a Physician Assistant specializing in Pain & Spine with 15+ years in the fitness industry. In my clinical work, I see what happens when men ignore their bodies: small issues become chronic pain, strength declines, and recovery slows.
My coaching exists to reverse that trajectory — with programming rooted in biomechanics, joint health, and sustainable strength.I train from home. I build every program around the reality that most men don’t have 90 minutes and a commercial gym — they have 30 minutes and a kettlebell in the garage. That’s enough. As a father and a working professional, training has made me better at everything I do. Not because of aesthetics, but because I move without pain, have more energy, and show up consistently. That’s what I want for every man I coach.
FAQs
I don’t have time for this.
Most clients train 3–4 days per week for 30 minutes from home. If you can carve out half an hour — early morning, lunch, late night — you have enough time. The issue has never been time. It’s that you don’t have a plan efficient enough to use the time you have.
I’ve tried coaching before and it didn’t work.
Most online coaching is a PDF workout and a weekly check-in email. This isn’t that. I design your programming as a PA-C with 15 years of experience, adjust it based on your feedback, and build around your specific limitations — not a cookie-cutter template.
I can figure this out on my own.
You probably can. The question is: how many more years do you want to spend trying? The average client comes to me after 3–5 years of spinning their wheels. The ones who are honest about that get results in 90 days.
Is this just for guys who are already fit?
No. Most clients are men who used to be active and let it slip. You don’t need a baseline. You need a starting point — and a coach who understands how to build you back up without breaking you down.
